About your coach
Ceri is a Nutritionist and Inner Work Coach who holds Bachelor degrees in Health Science (Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine) and Psychological Sciences as well as certificates in a number of coaching modalities, and a whole lot of life experience.
Ceri's background in hospitality and behaviour change leads her to believe that health is best tailored to the individual and life is meant to be enjoyed, with freedom from restriction and conditioning that sets us up for burnout and overwhelm.
Her superpower is holding space for transformation and connection. If you loved making friends in the bathroom at the nightclub, late night balcony wines with your besties, and having D&Ms at the party with brand new mates, then buckle up.
Aside from work Ceri is a huge emo, her love language is feeding people, and she can’t watch shows with tension because they give her second-hand anxiety. She currently lives in Brisbane with her dream guy, and their two boys (one human, one feline).

Can I purchase more than one session?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of another session, you can either book again or sign up for a 3 month package. The cost of this session will go towards it.
