My name is Ceri and I’m an inner work coach, Nutritionist, and lifelong journaler and journaling advocate.

In this program I’ll take you through what I’ve learned and played with to provide you with different styles of this transformative practice and the confidence to make it a lifelong habit too.

I've been journaling since I was a kid and keeping journals has enabled me to do a lot of things.

When I was bullied in school, my journal was a confidante and safe place to express my feelings.

Even when my journal was taken out of my locker and passed around, I kept journaling. No one could take this from me.

The highs and lows, celebrations, lessons, heartbreaks and more are all recorded in the pages of my journals over the years.

During this course I'll guide you through creating a journaling practice to support you through whatever serves you best, whether it's creativity, gratitude, inner work, or goal setting.
