I was in survival mode before I even got to the post-partum part! I knew that I wanted my actual motherhood journey to be different.

About your guide, Ceri Ford


I'm a nutritionist, inner work coach, natural health educator and toddler mama based in Brisbane, Australia. Before I had my son at 36 years old, I underwent a decade-long personal development and inner child healing journey to undo patterns of burnout, addiction, self-sabotage, and emotional dysregulation.

I went from anxious, volatile and a hot mess in all areas of my life to a calm, present mama with a peaceful inner world. Dealing with my stress and cortisol and learning to nourish my physical and emotional selves was key for a natural conception, a healthy pregnancy, and an easeful postpartum and beyond.

Living away from family has been a necessary part of my healing that has come with it's own challenges as I've build my own village. I'd love to help support you inside yours!
